Terms & Conditions
By commissioning me, you (as the Client) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions . . .

General:
• These rules and my prices can change at any time. However, you will only follow the prices and rules that we both agreed on when you paid.
• Flos can refuse any request for any reason, including the theme or content.
Boundaries:
• At least 50% of the payment must be sent after Flos sends the sketch.
• Work will be paused immediately if this payment is not received on time.
Revisions:
• Unlimited revisions can be made during the sketch phase without any fee.
• Client gets to ask for free revisions after logo is finished, but only available for 5 times.
• Minor revisions: $5
• Major revisions: $10
Deadline & Delivery:
• Flos won't work on Sundays, all progress will be paused for a day.
• Completion times change depending on the complexity of the art, and my current personal schedule. I will give you an estimated completion date and keep you updated if any delays happen.
• All work progress will be available in Trello.
• If you request a major redesign or alter the core concept after work has started, extra fees will apply, and the deadline will be extended.
Usage Policy:
• Your rights to use the logo depend on the specific commission type you purchased.
• By default, you get PERSONAL and MONETIZED usage rights.
• Using the art for merchandise or retail will require an extra commercial fee.
• Crediting is not a must, but please do not claim any of my work as yours.
• You are not permitted to edit, crop, recolor, or modify the final artwork without getting my explicit permission first.
• Flos retains the right to showcase the finished artwork online, if you want your piece to stay completely private, please let me know upfront. but it will cost an additional fee for it. Asking for Flos to not post any WIPs during the progress is okay and completely free.
Refund Policy:
• If cancel within 24 hours of ordering and I haven't started working yet, you will get a 100% refund.
If you cancel when the project is halfway done, you may receive a 50% refund. But, you cannot use any of the draft work.
• If you cancel when the project is past the halfway point, a 25% refund may be issued. You cannot use the work unless we make a separate agreement.
• If I am unable to finish your project due to unexpected circumstances, you will get a full refund.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances once the final artwork has been delivered to you.
Communication:
• We will stay in touch throughout the creation process to talk about drafts, ideas, and status updates.
• Unless it is a skeb commission, there won't be any kind of communication and revision.
Guidelines:
• By commissioning Flos, you agree to provide all necessary reference images, character details, and clear expectations before the work starts.
• I promise that my work is original and will not copy or plagiarize unauthorized sources.
• References from another artist or Al generated references will be rejected and ignored.
• Both parties agree to keep private information secret. Any personal details, payment info, or unfinished drafts not meant for the public cannot be shared with third parties without written permission.
Chargeback:
• Rude, harassing, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. If a client becomes hostile, I reserve the right to cancel the commission immediately, apply the standard refund rate based on work completed, and retain the artwork.
• Filing an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or payment processor will result in an immediate block, forfeiture of all rights to the artwork, and reporting of your account to industry blacklists. Please talk to me directly if there is an issue so we can solve it.

Ketentuan Umum:
• Aturan dan harga saya dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu. Namun, Anda hanya akan mengikuti harga dan aturan yang telah kita sepakati bersama pada saat pembayaran.
• Flos berhak menolak permintaan apa pun dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk mengenai tema atau konten karya.

DEADLINE & Pengiriman:
• Flos tidak bekerja pada hari Minggu, seluruh progres pengerjaan akan di jeda selama satu hari.
• Waktu penyelesaian bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat kerumitan karya dan jadwal pribadi saya saat ini. Saya akan memberikan perkiraan tanggal penyelesaian serta memberi tahu Anda jika terjadi keterlambatan.
• Seluruh progres pengerjaan dapat diakses melalui Trello.
• Jika Anda meminta perombakan besar atau mengubah konsep inti setelah pengerjaan dimulai, biaya tambahan akan diberlakukan dan tenggat waktu akan diperpanjang.
KEBIJAKAN PENGGUNAAN:
• Hak Anda untuk menggunakan logo bergantung pada jenis komisi spesifik yang Anda beli.
• Secara default, Anda mendapatkan hak penggunaan untuk PERSONAL dan MONETISASI.
• Penggunaan karya seni untuk merchandise atau ritel akan memerlukan biaya komersial tambahan.
• Pencantuman kredit tidak wajib, tetapi mohon untuk tidak mengklaim karya saya sebagai karya buatan Anda sendiri.
• Anda tidak diizinkan untuk menyunting, memotong, mengubah warna, atau memodifikasi karya seni akhir tanpa mendapatkan izin tertulis secara eksplisit dari saya terlebih dahulu.
• Flos mempertahankan hak untuk menampilkan karya seni yang telah selesai secara daring. Jika Anda ingin karya Anda bersifat sepenuhnya pribadi, harap beri tahu saya sejak awal. Namun, hal ini akan dikenakan biaya tambahan. Permintaan agar Flos tidak mengunggah pratinjau pengerjaan WIP selama proses berlangsung diperbolehkan dan sepenuhnya gratis.
KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBALIAN DANA:
• Jika pembatalan dilakukan dalam waktu 24 jam setelah pemesanan dan saya belum mulai bekerja, Anda akan mendapatkan pengembalian dana 100%.
• Jika Anda membatalkan saat proyek telah berjalan setengah jalan, Anda mungkin menerima pengembalian dana sebesar 50%. Namun, Anda tidak dapat menggunakan bagian apa pun dari draf karya tersebut.
• Jika Anda membatalkan saat proyek telah melewati setengah jalan, pengembalian dana sebesar 25% dapat diberikan. Anda tidak dapat menggunakan karya tersebut kecuali kita membuat perjanjian terpisah.
• Jika saya tidak dapat menyelesaikan proyek Anda karena keadaan tak terduga, Anda akan mendapatkan pengembalian dana penuh.
• Pengembalian dana tidak akan diberikan dalam kondisi apa pun setelah karya seni akhir diserahkan kepada Anda.
KOMUNIKASI:
• Kita akan tetap berkomunikasi selama proses pembuatan berlangsung untuk membahas draf, gagasan, serta pembaruan status.
• Kecuali untuk komisi jenis Skeb, tidak akan ada bentuk komunikasi maupun revisi.
Guidelines:
• Dengan beli komis di saya, Anda setuju untuk menyediakan seluruh gambar referensi yang diperlukan, detail karakter, serta ekspektasi yang jelas sebelum pengerjaan dimulai.
• Saya berjanji bahwa karya saya original dan tidak akan meniru atau melakukan plagiarisme dari artist lain.
• Referensi dari artist lain atau referensi yang dihasilkan oleh AI akan ditolak dan diabaikan.
• Kedua belah pihak setuju untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pribadi. Segala detail pribadi, informasi pembayaran, atau draf yang belum selesai yang tidak untuk konsumsi publik tidak boleh dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga tanpa izin tertulis.
Chargeback:
• Perilaku yang kasar, melecehkan, atau abusif tidak akan ditoleransi. Jika klien menunjukkan sikap bermusuhan, saya berhak untuk segera membatalkan komisi, mengenakan tarif pengembalian dana standar berdasarkan pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan, dan menahan karya seni tersebut.
• Mengajukan penarikan dana secara sepihak melalui bank atau prosesor pembayaran Anda tanpa izin akan mengakibatkan pemblokiran instan, pencabutan seluruh hak atas karya seni, dan pelaporan akun Anda. Silakan bicarakan langsung dengan saya jika terdapat kendala agar dapat kita selesaikan bersama.
