By commissioning me, you (as the Client) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions . . .GENERAL
- These rules and my prices can change at any time. However, you will only follow the prices and rules that we both agreed on when you paid.
- Flos can refuse any request for any reason, including the theme or content.PAYMENT
- USD Payment Methods: Paypal.
- IDR Payment Methods: QRIS, Mandiri, and Gopay
- Other Payment Methods: Robux, Nitro, and Genesis. (Ask for prices!)
- At least 50% of the payment must be sent after Flos sends the sketch. Work will be paused immediately if this payment is not received on time.DELIVERY
- Flos won't work on Sundays, all progress will be paused for a day.
- Completion times change depending on the complexity of the art, and my current personal schedule. I will give you an estimated completion date and keep you updated if any delays happen.
- All work progress will be available in Trello.
- If you request a major redesign or alter the core concept after work has started, extra fees will apply, and the deadline will be extended.USAGE POLICY
- Your rights to use the artwork depend on the specific commission type you purchased. Using the art for merchandise or retail will require an extra commercial fee.
- Crediting is not a must, but please do not claim any of my work as yours.
- You are not permitted to edit, crop, recolor, or modify the final artwork without getting my explicit permission first.
- Flos retains the right to showcase the finished artwork online. If you want your piece to stay completely private, please let me know upfront.REFUND POLICY
- If cancel witouyhin 24 hours of ordering and I haven't started working yet, you will get a 100% refund.
- If you cancel when the project is halfway done, you may receive a 50% refund. You cannot use any of the draft work.
- If you cancel when the project is past the halfway point, a 25% refund may be issued. You cannot use the work unless we make a separate agreement.
- If I am unable to finish your project due to unexpected circumstances, you will get a full refund.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances once the final artwork has been delivered to you.COMMUNICATION
- I will outline the project details, prices, and final files in a formal proposal. This can be sent via X DMs, Discord, VGen, or Telegram. We both must agree to these details before work begins.
- We will stay in touch throughout the creation process to talk about drafts, ideas, and status updates.GUIDELINES
- By commissioning Flos, you agree to provide all necessary reference images, character details, and clear expectations before the work starts.
- I promise that my work is original and will not copy or plagiarize unauthorized sources.
- References from another artist or AI generated references will be rejected and ignored.
- Both parties agree to keep private information secret. Any personal details, payment info, or unfinished drafts not meant for the public cannot be shared with third parties without written permission.CHARGEBACK
- Rude, harassing, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. If a client becomes hostile, I reserve the right to cancel the commission immediately, apply the standard refund rate based on work completed, and retain the artwork.
- Filing an unauthorized chargeback through your bank or payment processor will result in an immediate block, forfeiture of all rights to the artwork, and reporting of your account to industry blacklists. Please talk to me directly if there is an issue so we can solve it.

Dengan memesan komisi dari saya, Anda (sebagai Klien) menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan berikut ini . . .UMUM
- Aturan dan harga saya dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu. Namun, Anda hanya akan mengikuti harga dan aturan yang telah kita sepakati bersama saat Anda melakukan pembayaran.
- Flos berhak menolak permintaan apa pun dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk karena tema atau kontennya.PEMBAYARAN
- Metode Pembayaran USD: Paypal.
- Metode Pembayaran IDR: QRIS, Mandiri, dan Gopay.
- Metode Pembayaran Lainnya: Robux, Nitro, dan Genesis. (Silakan tanyakan untuk harganya!)
- Minimal 50% dari total pembayaran harus dikirim setelah Flos memberikan sketsa. Pengerjaan akan langsung ditunda jika pembayaran ini belum diterima tepat waktu.PENGIRIMAN
- Flos tidak bekerja pada hari Minggu, semua proses pengerjaan akan diliburkan selama satu hari.
- Waktu penyelesaian dapat berubah tergantung pada tingkat kerumitan karya seni dan jadwal pribadi saya. Saya akan memberikan perkiraan tanggal selesai dan akan terus mengabari Anda jika terjadi penundaan.
- Semua progres pengerjaan dapat dilihat di Trello.
- Jika Anda meminta perubahan desain secara besar-besaran atau mengubah konsep utama setelah pengerjaan dimulai, biaya tambahan akan dikenakan dan tenggat waktu pengerjaan akan diperpanjang.KEBIJAKAN PENGGUNAAN
- Hak Anda untuk menggunakan karya seni ini tergantung pada jenis komisi spesifik yang Anda beli. Menggunakan karya seni ini untuk merchandise atau bisnis retail akan dikenakan biaya komersial tambahan.
- Memberikan kredit/mencantumkan nama saya tidak wajib, tetapi tolong jangan pernah mengeklaim karya saya sebagai milik Anda.
- Anda tidak diizinkan untuk mengedit, memotong (crop), mewarnai ulang, atau mengubah hasil akhir karya seni tanpa izin tertulis dari saya terlebih dahulu.
- Flos memegang hak untuk menampilkan hasil akhir karya seni di media sosial/internet. Jika Anda ingin karya Anda tetap sepenuhnya privat (tidak dipublikasikan), silakan beri tahu saya sejak awal.KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBALIAN DANA (REFUND)
- Jika Anda membatalkan pesanan dalam waktu 24 jam setelah memesan dan saya belum mulai bekerja, Anda akan mendapatkan pengembalian dana 100%.
- Jika Anda membatalkan pesanan saat proyek sudah selesai setengah jalan, Anda mungkin menerima pengembalian dana 50%. Anda tidak boleh menggunakan draf atau sketsa pengerjaan tersebut.
- Jika Anda membatalkan pesanan saat proyek sudah melewati setengah jalan, pengembalian dana yang diberikan sebesar 25%. Anda tidak boleh menggunakan karya tersebut kecuali kita membuat kesepakatan terpisah.
- Jika saya tidak dapat menyelesaikan proyek Anda karena situasi yang tidak terduga, Anda akan mendapatkan pengembalian dana penuh 100%.
- Pengembalian dana tidak akan diberikan dalam keadaan apa pun setelah hasil akhir karya seni telah dikirimkan kepada Anda.KOMUNIKASI
- Saya akan merangkum detail proyek, harga, dan file akhir dalam sebuah kesepakatan resmi. Ini dapat dikirim melalui DM X (Twitter), Discord, VGen, atau Telegram. Kita berdua harus menyetujui detail-detail ini sebelum pengerjaan dimulai.
- Kita akan tetap berkomunikasi selama proses pembuatan untuk mendiskusikan draf, ide, dan pembaruan status pengerjaan.PANDUAN
- Dengan memesan komisi dari Flos, Anda setuju untuk memberikan semua gambar referensi yang diperlukan, detail karakter, dan ekspektasi yang jelas sebelum pengerjaan dimulai.
- Saya menjamin bahwa karya saya adalah asli (original) dan tidak akan meniru atau menjiplak sumber yang tidak sah.
- Referensi dari artis lain atau referensi yang dibuat oleh AI (Artificial Intelligence) akan ditolak dan diabaikan.
- Kedua belah pihak setuju untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pribadi. Data pribadi, informasi pembayaran, atau draf mentah yang tidak ditujukan untuk publik tidak boleh dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga tanpa izin tertulis dari pemilik informasi tersebut.CHARGEBACK & PERILAKU
- Perilaku kasar, melecehkan, atau tidak sopan tidak akan ditoleransi. Jika klien bersikap tidak bersahabat, saya berhak untuk membatalkan komisi secara sepihak, memberikan pengembalian dana sesuai dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang telah selesai, dan menahan karya seni tersebut.
- Melakukan chargeback sepihak tanpa izin melalui bank atau penyedia pembayaran Anda akan mengakibatkan pemblokiran akun Anda secara permanen, pencabutan semua hak atas karya seni, dan akun Anda akan dilaporkan ke daftar hitam (blacklist) kreator. Silakan bicarakan langsung dengan saya jika ada masalah agar kita bisa menyelesaikannya bersama.
